We were delighted with the helpful and kind staff who assisted us with all our questions. the hotel's location was perfect, offering a beautiful view from our room. We also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the town nestled among the mountains. the sky bar on the top floor had a casual hangout spot vibe, and the Bulgarian-oriented cuisine served there was the best we had in all of Bulgaria. the food in the restaurant was also very tasty and the included breakfast was delightful.

The walk by the river was totally lit, with cool spots to chill and take epic selfies. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the river and near all the party spots. Great vibes and memories with friends!

Only thing missing was a dedicated party area for young people. It would've been dope to have a DJ or live music at the hotel to keep the party going all night long.
